Anxious for Nothing
Class Resources

This study met on Sunday mornings in spring of 2022.  The study centered on the God of Hope, the maker of all things new, who sustains us with His great and precious promises.

In this new series, we deepened our discovery and understanding of God's promise to free us from anxiety and fear through the scriptures.  The class used Max Lucado's work Anxious for Nothing: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World as a guide.

Led by Gary and Beth Williams

Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Philippians 4:6-7 (The Message version)
