Our February breakfast promises to be full of heart healthy treats to celebrate American Heart Month and Valentine’s Day. Please join us on Sunday, February 14, from 9:30-10:00 A.M., in the Fellowship Hall for a heart healthy breakfast. Blood pressure screenings will also be available at that time.

To our heart healthy cooks: we invite you to contribute a favorite healthy breakfast treat to the occasion and to bring copies of your recipe if you would like to share. Please contact Sharon Hovda at 384-1786 if you would like to contribute to our buffet.
